I’m Marianne Webb — a Leadership and Development Coach with over 20 years’ experience working with senior leaders and teams, particularly in the public sector.
Before coaching, I was a Head of Communications, advising executive teams and working closely with board-level leaders.
I understand the pressures of senior roles — the politics, the pace, and the weight of decisions that rest solely on your shoulders. From crisis management to team restructuring, I’ve worked closely with leadership teams, offering perspective during critical moments. These experiences shaped my belief that effective leadership requires both reflection and challenge.
Coaching is a natural progression, and it allows me to use what I’ve learned — both from my own leadership journey and from supporting others — to help clients find clarity and confidence in their own path.

I’ve spent most of my career in public sector communications — leading teams, managing crises, and advising on high-profile decisions.
I’ve sat in rooms where difficult calls were made, and I’ve been the one to reflect back the wider impact, often playing the role of the organisation’s conscience.
I’ve helped leaders navigate restructures, crises, and the everyday weight of responsibility. That’s why I now offer others the same kind of space — to pause, think clearly, and move forward.
